About Trinisol…
We utilize materials and labs in the manufacturing of our product
ingredients that are governed and certified by the strictest organic processing
standards. Our manufacturing associates (facilities) meet or exceed the proposed
FDA's Good Manufacturing Practices for dietary supplements. To ensure that we
begin with the best ingredients, each batch of raw material undergoes rigorous
scientific testing by our quality control experts. Seven out of ten herbs we
source are irradiated or contaminated with one toxin or another. Once the
purity, freshness and potency standards for our raw materials are met, a
Certificate of Analysis is issued (we do not use irradiated herbs, GMO or
oxidized or heat-damaged herbs). We pioneered the use of mold-free liquid
Synbioitic-Foodgrown™ ferments after discovering that all other
culturing-fermentation methods induced mycotoxins (mold). We utilize proprietary
sophisticated laboratory technologies for monitoring our cultures to ensure peak
quality before packaging and use the lowest technically feasible temperature for
making our powders. We do not add magnesium stearate (a toxic hydrogenated fat),
silicon dioxide fillers, methylcellulose, carnuba wax or MSG disguised as
“natural flavors.” Precise manufacturing controls are maintained throughout the
production process to assure that each batch of product is mold-free and of the
highest quality. We produce our Synbiotic-Foodgrown™ Nutrients using modified
OTC drug manufacturing standards with cGMP and GLP protocols in place for the
fermentation of nutrients. Even though regulations do not require these steps,
we believe these strict guidelines yield a product of superior quality.
Supercritical Extraction Methodologies
We utilize a supercritical manufacturing facility that is certified as an
FVO® IFOAM and USDA NOP compliant organic processor by International
Certification Services, Inc and is certified kosher by
Kosher Supervision of
America (KSA). Instead of using toxic solvents to extract nature’s bounty,
carbon dioxide gas (CO2) compressed above 73 bar is used to concentrate the full
spectrum of herbal constituents at 200:1, 300:1 and 400:1 ratios (typically
herbs are sold in 1:1 or 2:1 weak concentration ratios). Preservation of the
balance of all botanical constituents insures the herbs are multidirectional in
their specific phytomedicinal actions…all at the original balance intended by
nature. Solvents and other extraction methods change these ratios significantly
while destroying key phytosterols and phytonutrients. Supercritical CO2 is
biologically compatible, and generally regarded as safe (GRAS) by the FDA. The
supercritical technology we use is the most technologically advanced botanical
extraction process in the world.

Our fermentation is done in a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility
that is specifically designed to facilitate the most sophisticated, accurate,
and efficient manufacturing and fermentation processes anywhere in the world. In
this facility, we use unique capabilities to produce the world's most exclusive
and valuable ingredients. Our mission is make living nutrients in nano-structures
that are designed by nature. Our proprietary ingredients fill a void in the
synthetic nutritional industry and as such meet the everyday needs for
nourishing cells instantly and fortifying the body against the ravages of
pollution and stress. Our goal is to help people feel good, look good and get
more out of life by restoring the vitality to their cells. Our fermentation
facility meets and exceeds all manufacturing requirements with no GMP
deficiencies noted on last inspection. The firm does not use BSE related raw
materials in the manufacturing of products.
